How we help Well Foundation build stronger donor relationships and raise vital funds for New Zealand hospitals
Well Foundation is the official charity for North Shore and Waitākere Hospitals, raising funds to support better healthcare experiences and outcomes across the region.
With major public appeals, community fundraising, regular giving and corporate partnerships, the team relies on Giving Journeys to provide flexible support across fundraising strategy, campaign communications, supporter engagement and technology.
By bringing strategy, copy, supporter journeys and technology together, we help create a more connected fundraising experience from the first campaign message through to donation and ongoing engagement.
How we helped 24 Hours of Heroes raise $400,000 for veterans and first responders
24 Hours of Heroes is an incredible grassroots campaign that began in 2021 at Nepean CrossFit.
From that single gym, it has grown into a community movement across Australia and New Zealand, with more than 40 gyms, 200 teams, and 1,300 individual participants.
As the event continued to grow in complexity, it needed a digital home that could grow with it, and communications journeys that were tailored for multiple audiences including gym owners, team leaders, and individuals.
The team invited Giving Journeys to build a brand new Raisely website for the 2026 campaign, including a complete overhaul of its structure, functionality, design, copy, content, participant journeys and merchandising.
How we helped FightMND improve welcome journey engagement rates by almost 40%
FightMND is a national charity dedicated to finding effective treatments – and ultimately a cure – for motor neurone disease (MND).
Over the years, the organisation had collected supporter data through donations, merchandise purchases, and community events.
FightMND wanted to create a new welcome journey to build deeper relationships with supporters that had received ad-hoc or no communications in the past, as well as welcoming new supporters joining the list in the future.
How we helped the Property Industry Foundation increase peer-to-peer event income by 23%
The Property Industry Foundation (PIF) is a not-for-profit that helps build homes for young people experiencing homelessness.
We were invited to work with PIF on their peer-to-peer event, Steps for Homeless Youth – a walking and running challenge at Melbourne’s Albert Park.
PIF’s goal was to exceed income of $114,000 and raise more vital funds for youth homelessness building projects.
We created a powerful supporter journey covering every stage of the event lifecycle – from acquisition and registration through to engagement, fundraising, gamification, renewal, and post-event communications.
